People’s Healthcare is not insurance. It is a company that aggregates information about Patient Assistance Programs. People’s Healthcare assists with the acquisition of information, personal management and process administration for our Members.  By entering your personal and payment information you authorize People’s Healthcare to bill you monthly for these services. 

Money-Back Guarantee
As a People’s Healthcare Member, you will be prescreened to determine eligibility for one or more Patient Assistance Programs. If we are unable to find a program for which you qualify, you will receive a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you have the ability to cancel the membership at any time and you will receive a refund (except for the enrollment fee, which is non-refundable), provided you have not received any prescriptions from a result of our efforts. You may cancel this Agreement by calling the toll-free number listed on the website or by writing to People’s Healthcare, 40 Post Road, Hooksett, NH 03106

Change of Address
If there are changes to your personal information including name, address, telephone number, or billing account number, please contact People’s Healthcare at 888-909-6995.

People’s Healthcare assumes no liability with regard to any services provided, or to be provided. You agree that any claim with regard to product liability shall be made against the Vendor and not People’s Healthcare. People’s Healthcare’s sole obligation hereunder shall be to research relevant Vendor products, services and/or offers to you. Vendor is defined as any company with whom we provide you with information and administrative assistance to complete the necessary documentation for their Patient Assistance Programs.

People’s Healthcare is not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of healthcare services. People’s Healthcare is not licensed to provide and does not provide medical or health services, medications or terms to individuals. Providers or Vendors are solely responsible for the professional advice and treatment rendered to Members and People’s Healthcare disclaims any liability with respect to such matters.

Disclaimer of Warranties
People’s Healthcare is not a manufacturer or distributor of medical supplies or prescription medication.

ACCORDINGLY PEOPLE’S HEALTHCARE DOES NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTY, EXPPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO DISCREPTION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PRODCUTIVENESS, OR ANY OTHER MATTER, FOR ANY SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE RECEIVED BY A MEMBER FROM A PROVIDER OR VENDOR THROUGH HIS/HER MEMBERSHIP IN THE PLAN. MEMBER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE IS RELYING ON PEOPLE’S HEALTHCARE’S SKILL OR JUDGEMENT IN SELECTING A PROVIDER OR VENDOR FOR THE SERVICES AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS. In the event of any product or service purchased or received by a member is canceled, modified, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory to the Member, the Member will look solely to the Provider, Seller, Merchant, or Manufacturer of the product or service for any repair, exchange, refund or satisfaction of claim. It is further understood that all services requested are subject to the availability of such services and any information provided to the Member is subject to change without notice.

General Release
Each Member, for himself/herself, and on behalf of any Household Member who used the services under the plan membership (‘Membership Beneficiary’), hereby forever releases, acquits and discharges each of People’s Healthcare’s corporate affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action that such Member, Member Beneficiary, or Member’s legal representative(s) may have by reason of any monetary damage or personal injury sustained as a result of or during the cause of the use of any and all services under the plan. The sole recourse available to a Member, Member Beneficiary or Member’s legal representative(s) against People’s Healthcare shall be cancellation of the plan membership and any refund available as provided in the MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE section of these terms.
